Problem List
- rotated upper right lateral incisor was an eye-sore for the patient - general colour of teeth too yellow
- impacted adult upper canines (retained upper primary canines)
- unable to tolerate orthodontics
Solution List
- since unable to tolerate orthodontics, surgical removal of impacted canines
- extraction of primary canines and tissue molding using provisional bridges from laterals to first premolars
- bleaching using custom nightguard bleaching trays and 10% carbamide peroxide
- cementation of permanent zirconia bridges on laterals to first premolars
