Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is open to all members of the New Zealand Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (NZACD) and symposium attendees. Executive Committee Members of the NZACD are ineligible to win; however, they are permitted to enter.

2. Entries are limited to 3 cases per category. Each entry must be in a separate envelope and contain a completed entry form.

3. All entries must be received by the 5pm, Friday 12th June 2009. Any entries received after that date will be invalid. No responsibility is taken for lost, misdirected or incomplete entries. All entries become the property of the NZACD.

4. The winners will be chosen by our panel of symposium speakers at the cocktail evening to be held on the 18th June 2009 at the Dental Expo, ASB Showgrounds. The winners will be contacted by mail or phone if not present at the cocktail evening. Some entries may be displayed at the Symposium for public viewing.

5. The Judges decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the NZACD using the winner’s name/photographs for promotional purposes without further compensation.

6. Prizes are non transferable or redeemable for cash.

7. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance to these terms and conditions.
