Our mission
The New Zealand Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry is one of the largest dental organisations in New Zealand and is the largest which is specifically devoted to the field of Cosmetic Dentistry. Our goal is to facilitate excellence in the art and science of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Lillian trained as a dentist in the University of Otago. She has a gentle, caring nature and strives to deliver quality care and experience to all her clients. She is patient and engages her clients in planning treatment to ensure their voices are respected. She actively advances her knowledge and skills through continuing education and believes that everyone deserves a confident smile.
Lillian moved to Auckland as a child and did most of her schooling in New Zealand. She is fluent in English and Mandarin. Outside of dentistry, Lillian enjoys music, reading, traveling and the outdoors.
Lillian is a member of the New Zealand Dental Association, Auckland Dental Association, New Zealand Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the New Zealand Society for Anaesthesia and Sedation in Dentistry.

I got registered as a dentist in New Zealand in 2012. My passion for restorative dentistry led me to Otago, where I completed my Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Dentistry in 2017.
I strive for clinical excellence and I believe every patient deserves high-quality dentistry. Good work speaks for itself, and true dental success shows in many happy returning clients and their kind referrals.
I am a founder of www.DSDMadeEasy.com an educational platform for dentists looking to improve their smile designing skills. I am a member of the New Zealand Dental Association and an Executive Board Member of the New Zealand Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr Ahmad Mustafa

Raised in the beautiful city of Napier from the age of 2, Ahmad grew up to be a massive foodie and football enthusiast. Somewhere along the way he found the wonderful world of dentistry and hasn’t looked back since.
He believes in treating patients with compassion, empathy, using his skills and knowledge to provide quality tailored ethical treatment to suit everyone's needs.
Ahmad graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Otago University in 2014 and has completed the graduate programme for the New Zealand Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (NZACD) at the end of 2019.

Mrs Victoria Riechelmann

Victoria is an Oral Health Therapist (OHT) practicing in Auckland, New Zealand. She is the founder of Clean Teeth Dental, a boutique dental clinic located on the North Shore that specializes in non-surgical treatments for gum disease and cosmetic dentistry.
Victoria earned her Bachelor of Health Studies from Auckland University of Technology in 2008, majoring in dental hygiene and therapy. With over 15 years of clinical experience, she has worked in several periodontal specialist clinics.
She is also the founder of the Next Level Perio Program, which integrates step-by-step specialist-level treatment protocols into general practice settings. With a significant following on Instagram and Facebook, she is recognised as a leader and en educator in the field of non-surgical treatment for advanced gum disease including Perioscopy.

Dr Fabricio Pacheco

Dr Fabrício Pacheco is an experienced dentist with nearly 30 years in the field. He graduated with a degree in Dentistry in 1995 and went on to complete postgraduate Diploma in Prosthodontics and Implantology, ultimately earning a Master’s degree in Prosthodontics. With a strong focus on occlusion, he has become an expert in this essential foundation that supports various other specialties in dentistry.
Approximately 20 years ago, Dr Pacheco recognised dental implants as a revolutionary solution for replacing missing teeth. Since then, he has become skilled in both placing and restoring dental implants to help patients regain functionality and confidence.
As a trained Smile Designer, Dr Pacheco is passionate about boosting his patients' self-esteem by transforming their smiles. He focuses on enhancing both their aesthetic appearance and overall confidence, ensuring they feel better about their smiles and themselves.
He places great importance on understanding each patient's unique needs and developing personalised treatment plans that balance functionality, oral health, and aesthetics. This approach ensures that every patient receives tailored care for optimal results in both appearance and long-term oral health.
He is a member of the New Zealand Dental Association and serve as an Executive Board Member of the New Zealand Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Aiyaan Abzal
Executive Committee Member
Dr. Aiyaan Abzal graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (with Distinction). His leadership and commitment to the dental profession were recognised early, serving as President of the New Zealand Dental Students’ Association and receiving several notable honours, including the Pierre Fauchard Academy Oral Health Award, IDEM Singapore New Zealand Ambassador, and the MAS Here for Good Scholarship.
He began his professional journey in Masterton, where he served the Wairarapa community and developed a strong, patient-centred approach to care. Now back in his hometown of Auckland, Dr. Aiyaan is proud to be part of Dental Boutique Auckland — a clinic at the forefront of cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry — where he maintains a strong focus on patient care, communication, and comprehensive treatment planning to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Dr. Aiyaan is a member of the Executive Committee of the New Zealand Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (NZACD) and the Auckland Dental Association.
