Neil is originally from Zimbabwe and trained at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa where he earned his degree with distinction, winning several major prizes. Neil is interested in all aspects of dentistry and has travelled extensively around the world to improve his knowledge and techniques. With a special interest in orthodontics, including Invisalign, early intervention techniques and advanced restorative and implant procedures, Neil has a particular focus on cosmetic dentistry. This builds on his long-standing involvement in amalgam-free dentistry and the safe removal and placement of all dental materials. Neil has many years’ experience in the Cerec system of producing computerised ceramic dental restorations. In addition Neil has studied further and holds a Certificate of Proficiency (C.O.P.) in forensic science as well as being a founder member of the New Zealand Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the New Zealand Dentists Orthodontic society. He also holds membership of the American Association for Functional Orthodontics, the New Zealand Dental Association and Auckland Dental Association. Prime interests: Amalgam-free and cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, including Invisalign and fixed and removable appliances, implants and crown and bridge procedures.
